8K A Week - Terms and Conditions

This document is officially referred to as the 8K A Week Terms and Conditions. It includes the 8K A Week Policies and Procedures and also includes or makes reference to other Policies enforced by 8K A Week.

Standards All Members Must Follow

Members of 8K A Week agree to always act honesty and fairly in a way that, when representing 8K A Week, will enhance the reputation of all Members and 8K A Week.

Members agree to always offer full support as a sponsor of their personally referred Activated Members and future prospective Activated Members. All Members undertake to never engage in deceptive or illegal practices or make less than entirely truthful and accurate claims regarding 8K A Week Products, the compensation plan, services, and administrative officers.

Members undertake not to make false public projections and claims regarding the income potential of any Member, including themselves and Members understand that the success of other Member's may differ substantially and is determined by many variables beyond the control of 8K A Week.

When promoting 8K A Week Members agree to be respectful of all prospective Members. This includes respectful acceptance of all prospective Member comments and questions as well as their privacy needs.

Members agree to be and understand that they are solely responsible for any and all legal and financial obligations that could result from their 8K A Week Membership. This includes but is not limited to self-employment taxes, income taxes, sales/use taxes, etc.

Members understand that the contents of this document will change occasionally at the sole discretion of 8K A Week and it's officers, and therefore Members agree to review it from time to time, and may choose to remain a member or terminate his/her/their membership.

Members understand that if they have questions pertaining to any of the legal documents supporting 8K A Week they should contact legal counsel in their jurisdiction for answers to resolve those questions.

Membership Details

Members of 8K A Week are required to understand and abide by the rules, terms, and policies outlined by 8K A Week and its officers.

8K A Week reserves the right to change the rules, terms, policies and web site content or any other aspect of its business at any time as they deem appropriate, and members may choose to remain a member or terminate his/her/their membership.

8K A Week requires every Member to comply with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws, as well as all statutes and regulations governing Affiliate, Network Marketing, Multi Level Marketing and Internet Marketing.

Member Status

Individuals may become Members by agreeing to comply with all 8K A Week Policies and Terms and Conditions. An applicant wishing to become a Member must fill out the registration form online and pay the required fees to become an Activated Member.

8K A Week and its officers reserve the right to reject any person wishing to become a Member or withdraw the Activated status of Members for any reason. Withdrawal of Member's Activated status by 8K A Week after any fees have been collected may be refundable at the discretion of 8K A Week and its officers, and depending on the reason for termination of the Member's account.

Any personal information collected on the 8K A Week registration form will be retained in accordance with the 8K A Week Privacy Policy.

Member is defined as someone who is involved with 8K A Week for either one or both of the following reasons: To use Services and to build a home based business based upon the suite of products and services which are offered to all members.

Every Member has access to the 8K A Week Members Only Web Site. Members have their own 8K A Week turnkey web site for referring others to the 8K A Week Services and the ability to earn commissions for any sales they make from their personal web site. Earnings and access depend upon level of membership.

Member Status Rules

All Members are independent contractors of 8K A Week. Membership accounts with 8K A Week are not franchisees, joint ventures, or partnerships with 8K A Week, nor does any Member count as an employee, agent, or administrator for 8K A Week, unless otherwise directly solicited as such by 8K A Week and its officers. Members are strictly prohibited from stating or implying that they hold or maintain any other type of relationship with 8K A Week.

Members, Activated, Non-Activated or Lapsed Members have no authority to bind 8K A Week to any obligation.

Members immediately enter the status of Lapsed if 8K A Week is unable to successfully bill the weekly fees due. 8K A Week may attempt to bill subscription fees multiple times during the course of the Lapsed Period.

During the Lapsed Period Members will not have the ability to earn, claim or withdraw earnings. Members will retain their ability to access their AIM Center web site as a Lapsed Member. They will also temporarily retain their position in the Activated Matrix, as well as any personal enrollees and prospects they may have gained from their efforts for a said period of time, that said period of time not to exceed 3 weeks.

If after the 3-week period 8K A Week is unable to successfully bill the Member, the Member's account will be terminated. All personal prospects, members, the 8K A Week Matrix position and un-claimed and un-paid earnings will be forfeited.

Members can update their billing information at any time by logging into their AIM Center and visiting Edit Profile in their AIM Center.

If a Member wishes to cancels their own account, the Member immediately forfeits all personal prospects, Activated and Non-Activated Members, uncollected earnings and their position in the 8K A Week Activated Matrix.

Members can become terminated from 8K A Week for violations of the Terms and Conditions or any other Policies, including but not restricted to a members failure or inability to meet, comply with, or adhere to the corporation's standards and principles of corporate compliance and governance. Members whose status becomes terminated immediately lose all access and rights to 8K A Week, their list of members and prospects in the system, and any uncollected earnings.

Member Fee Requirements

Member Fee Requirements

All persons accepted by 8K A Week can register in 8K A Week as an Activated Member. The initial fee for Members to get started is $49.95, which includes $29.95 for the first week subscription to Services, a $17.50 setup fee which is non refundable and a small processing fee of $2.50 which is non refundable.

Thereafter, a Member will pay $29.95 per week, which includes $25 for their Services subscription, plus a small processing fee of $2.50 which is non refundable and a $2.45 weekly hosting fee which is non refundable.

Any monies paid to 8K A Week for any reason can only be paid by a method listed on the site only.

Member Rights

A person chooses of their own free will to become an Activated Member and may choose to promote 8K A Week under the terms and conditions set forth in the polices of 8K A Week. Members will have to abide by certain terms to qualify to maintain a position in the 8K A Week matrix.

Members can cancel their account with 8K A Week at any time by cancelling their subscription payment.

Members have the right to request a full refund of the 8K A Week Services subscription fees if they cancel their account within 3 days of registering or after 1 year if they meet the conditions of our 110% Guarantee.

The setup and hosting Fees are non-refundable. Please see the Cancellation Policy for exact details.

Members must be of legal age, age of the majority or voting eligibility age (whichever maintains precedence) in the state, province, or country of their primary residence, unless they can provide legal exception allowing them to participate. 8K A Week maintains the right to ask any Member to provide proof of age for any reason.

Multiple Member Accounts

Members may have more than one Activated Member account in 8K A Week. Any and all information held by 8K A Week in a Member's record can be used at the discretion of 8K A Week to determine if Member has direct ties to more than one account 8K A Week may terminate any or all of the members accounts if a member fails or is unable to meet, comply with, or adhere to the corporations standards and principals of corporate compliance and governance.

8K A Week and its officers reserve the right to terminate any account held by the same Member should the member not adhere to the strict terms and policies of 8K A Week if any one of those accounts become lapsed and remain so for a period of 3 weeks regardless of the status of other accounts held by the same member, and/or fails or is unable to meet, comply with, or adhere to the corporations standards and principals of corporate compliance and governance. Refunds will not be offered on accounts terminated for cause as defined in this paragraph.

Member Identification

Members may be required at any time to provide 8K A Week with a valid government-issued tax identification number (or other means of identification as mandated by the Members home domicile tax authority), as well as a current and valid billing and mailing address, photographic identification, phone number and e-mail address.

This personal information will be used for purposes pertaining to Members 8K A Week account and internal corporate compliance and governance, only and will be kept in a secure location by 8K A Week.

Failure to provide such requested information and proof that it is current will result in termination of the Members 8K A Week Membership.

Any penalties or fines that may result from issuing an incorrect tax identification number or other personal information to 8K A Week or its officers will be the sole responsibility of the Member.

Member Advertising and Account Rules

No Member has exclusive marketing and sponsorship rights over a specific territory. Members found to be implying such rights shall be immediately terminated from 8K A Week. No Member has been given the authority to supply other Members with exclusive marketing material, methods, leads, etc. for any purpose.

Members found to be implying such rights, either online or offline, shall be immediately terminated from 8K A Week.

No Member has the right to promote and collect funds from the sale of 8K A Week Services from any third party web site. The only web sites where the sale of 8K A Week Services can occur are those provided by 8K A Week using 8K A Week's merchant account(s) to collect funds from the sale.

Members found collecting funds for the sale of 8K A Week Services in any other form shall be terminated immediately.

Member Legal Compliance and Taxation

It is the Members responsibility to stay informed and comply with all international, national, federal, state and/or provincial statutes, laws and regulations, and all local ordinances and rules concerning all aspects of their 8K A Week business. Members are responsible for their own managerial decisions and expenditures, including taxes. Since no Member is an 8K A Week employee, with respect to any law, statute or rule for federal or state tax purposes 8K A Week is not responsible for payment or co-payment of any employee benefits and/or taxes.

Members are not franchisees, joint venture's, partners, employees or agents with respect to the United States Internal Revenue Code, Social Security Act, any federal, state and/or provincial unemployment act(s), or any federal, state, provincial or local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations of any jurisdiction whatsoever. All Activated and Non-Activated Members are considered to be Independent Contractors, with such status resulting in a non-employee status in all locations.

Promoting Other Products and Opportunities

Members are strictly prohibited from selling or promoting other companies products, services and/or business opportunities to all 8K A Week Members with the exception of those they personally referred to 8K A Week, unless an agreement in writing has been executed with 8K A Week and its officers.

Confidential Information

All information found anywhere in the 8K A Week site and Services sites, as well as the content of any 8K A Week live calls is considered proprietary and confidential and for access by Members only. Information pertaining to other Members on the 8K A Week team shall not be shared with non 8K A Week Members or any third party. Failure to observe and abide by this condition shall result in the termination of membership.

Restricted Countries

Due to legal and tax considerations 8K A Week may be forced to exclude residents of certain countries from becoming an Activated Member of 8K A Week.

Any Member found to be recruiting, targeting advertisements to, training residents of, or doing any other activity related to building their 8K A Week business in restricted countries shall be immediately terminated.

8K A Week Web Site Materials and Content

The name 8K A Week, all copyrighted material, Intellectual Property, 8K A Week logos, and the names of all Company Products and services are the intellectual property of, and owned by 8K A Week. Only 8K A Week and its officers are authorized to produce and market the Services of Sites, materials and literature under these intellectual property rights.

Use of the 8K A Week name in any manner without the express written approval of 8K A Week is strictly prohibited, and shall result in the immediate termination of membership.

Communications and Advertising

In all written promotional and information content both online and offline pertaining to 8K A Week, Members are permitted to use the 8K A Week name only with the express written approval of 8K A Week.

Any Member found to be transmitting, displaying, or sharing any form of self constructed marketing material pertaining to 8K A Week including, but not restricted to online and offline written material, endorsements, conducting live interviews, giving speeches, trade shows, etc. without the express written consent of 8K A Week shall his/her/their membership immediately terminated.

Telephone and Fax Solicitation

Members are prohibited from using the 8K A Week name or copyrighted materials with automatic calling devices, call centers, and fax broadcasts to solicit new business.

E-mail Solicitations

The use of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) or Spam is strictly prohibited by 8K A Week. All e-mails sent out by Members to promote their 8K A Week business must fully comply with 8K A Weeks strict Spam Policy any breach of these conditions shall result in immediate termination of membership.

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the guilty Member's 8K A Week account with all pending earnings and valuables forfeited and no further access to their AIM Center.

Income Claims

No income projections may be made public to other Members or any prospective Members. 8K A Week Members are strictly prohibited from publishing their Real earned commissions as enticement to a prospective Member. Members cannot guarantee commissions, bonuses, etc.

Payment Options

Prospective Members of 8K A Week may only use any current payment processor displayed and made available on the 8K A Week site.

Price Changes

8K A Week Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices for 8K A Week fees can be found on the 8K A Week Web Site should prices change, a member can choose to remain as a member or terminate his/her/their membership.

Membership Renewal

Members who want to maintain an Activated status with the ability to use the 8K A Week Services, have their own 8K A Week sales web site and receive earnings must be successfully billed by 8K A Week on the weekly anniversary day of their last payment to 8K A Week.

Requirements for participation in the 8K A Week Activated Matrix and receive earnings Income

Members must be current Activated Members to benefit from being a participant in the 8K A Week Activated Matrix and earn and receive earnings. Members are considered Activated once 8K A Week has received payment of all weekly fees.

Members must have Activated status to maintain eligibility to earn and receive earnings.

Sales and Earnings Eligibility

Earnings eligibility is detailed throughout the 8K A Week web site.

COMMISSIONS ARE PAID ONLY ON THE SALE OF 8K A Week Services, NOT ON THE ACT OF RECRUITING A NEW MEMBER. Every Activated Member of 8K A Week is by virtue of their Activated status considered a Services user.

Earnings Cycle Times

8K A Week has weekly earning cycles that begin the Friday at 12:00 AM each week and end 11:59 PM each week.

Additional Bonus Pools and Ranks

Any changes or new implementations to the commission program and 8K A Week Matrix are effective the moment 8K A Week and its officers announce them as such.

Earning Payments

Once an Activated Member's Claimable and Claimed Earnings balance exceeds $50.00 they will be eligible to have earnings paid to them.

An Activated Member must first claim their earnings to receive them.

8K A Week will pay earnings via an international designated processor of it's choosing, at which time you may transfer your funds in accordance with the approved processors terms and conditions. Personal checks, PayPal, direct deposits, bank wires, or any other form of payment alternatives other than the above stated are not options for receiving earnings.

Commission Allocation Schedule

Members who have earnings from the sale of 8K A Week Services or team will have their earnings credited to their earnings balance in their AIM Center immediately after every successful sale that applies to them.

Each week between the hours of 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM Friday Activated Members can Claim their 8K A Week earnings for transfer to their Claimed Earnings Balance. All claimed earnings with a balance exceeding $50 and an active processor account will have those earnings sent to that account before the following Friday.

The 8K A Week Earnings

8K A Week allocates a percentage (up to more than 90%) of sales as based on a proprietary private algorithm to Activated Members.

The 8K A Week Earnings does not guarantee that any one member will earn any monies. Earnings are based on many variables.
